The Management
The founder Mr. Shabbir Udaipurwala, a technocrat who has been associated with the plastic industry for the last 20 years is a B.Tech from IIT. His Son Mr. Nabeel Udaipurwala a management graduate from NMIMS looks after the day to day business. The rest of the staff consists of accountants , trained supervisors and machine operators and helpers. The company has two different sets of teams for the two shifts that it operates.
Warehousing and Packaging
In order to keep our products in safe environment, we have a special warehousing and packaging department. This wing is lead by trained and experienced store keeping staff, which takes care of proper and systematic stock maintenance. Frequent visits are conducted in the warehouse by the staff to make sure that all the stored products are in prime condition. In addition to this, proper labelling and packaging of the products are also undertaken by the store keepers. We use quality material for packing our products, so as to ensure safe delivery from our end to the clients' destination. Sprawling over a vast area, our reliable warehouse helps us in easy retrieval of stock at the time of urgent and bulk orders.
Factory Premises
The factory Premises at Goregaon is owned premises with all necessary licenses sprawling over an area of 1500 Sqft inside for production and 500 sqft dedicated only to storage. The plant consists of 1 extruder, forming machines with multiple tables, sealing machines, Cutting Machine, Grinders , winders, slitters, and a milling machine. The complete setup ensures quick production , and quick execution of orders. The setup of the premises has been planned on the basis of ideal work flow methods.
